What You’ll Do

• Install, terminate, and maintain electrical distribution systems inside mission-critical data environments.
• Execute EMT, Rigid, and PVC-coated conduit installations per NEC and engineered drawings.
• Perform wire pulls, panel terminations, bus duct, and cable tray installs with precision.
• Support commissioning, testing, and system start-ups alongside site engineers.
• Interpret one-lines, riser diagrams, and blueprints to ensure quality and code compliance.
• Lead or assist crews in schedule-driven deployments — where uptime and accuracy are everything.
• Maintain strict adherence to NFPA 70E, OSHA 10/30, and LOTO procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in data centers, high-tech, or mission-critical environments.
• Proficiency in switchgear, UPS systems, generators, grounding, and control wiring.
• Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA 70E, and site safety standards.
• Capable of thriving in high-voltage, high-pressure, and fast-track projects.
• Willing to travel or accept long-term deployments as needed.
• A results-driven, safety-first professional who leads by example.

Compensation & Deployment Structure

• $33 – $45/hr DOE + per diem, travel pay, and project stipends.
• Premium compensation for high-stakes and long-term data center deployments.
• Deployment-based assignments through TRIFECTA’s Mission-Critical Network.
• Opportunities to advance through PowerChecked certification tiers (PowerReady / PowerPro / PowerElite).
