Billing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Process billing and invoicing for logistics services provided by NGL Transportation
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing to clients
- Resolve billing discrepancies and issues promptly
- Communicate with internal teams to gather necessary billing information
- Assist with collection activities and follow up on unpaid invoices
- Maintain billing records and documentation
- Generate financial reports related to billing activities
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing or accounting role
- Proficiency in billing software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Desired Experience:
- 5 years of experience in billing or accounting role
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry
- Knowledge of transportation billing practices and regulations
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $19 per hour
- Maximum Salary: $24 per hour
