I opened my first State Farm agency in 2010 and a second location in 2022, and together theyre supported by a close-knit team of 6 across both offices. Before becoming an agent, I worked in mortgages, but Ive always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a love for serving people. Im a University of Houston graduate, a husband and father of four, and an avid cyclist Ive biked cross-country and ride to Iowa every year. Community involvement is a huge part of who I am; I serve on the Chamber of Commerce board, sponsor countless local events, support youth sports, and stay active in my church. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Eric Strobel - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
