Your New Role

• Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations in Tempe, AZ and surrounding service areas

• Install HVAC systems to code with a focus on clean, high-quality workmanship

• Perform brazing, nitrogen purging, leak testing, evacuation, and system charging

• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

• Work closely with your team to complete installs efficiently and correctly

• Communicate jobsite challenges and improvements to leadership

• Deliver a strong customer experience and represent the company professionally

• Strong HVAC installation experience in residential or light commercial settings

• Proficiency with brazing, nitrogen purging, leak testing, evacuation, and charging systems

• Solid understanding of refrigerant circuit components and installation best practices

• Ability to troubleshoot basic electrical and control issues during installs

• Leadership mindset with ability to guide and support a team

• Clean, professional work habits with attention to detail

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
