Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Fulton, Missouri

Work Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• No weekend or holiday shifts

• No emergency/on-call services required

Position Overview:  We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral assessments and develop individualized interventions for individuals diagnosed with both developmental disabilities and mental health conditions. This role is essential to a collaborative treatment team and is focused on helping clients achieve positive outcomes through targeted behavior support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of a multidisciplinary care team.

• Conduct behavioral observations and assessments to determine treatment needs.

• Design, implement, and monitor Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) with goals to:

  • Enhance adaptive life skills,

  • Minimize maladaptive or disruptive behaviors,

  • Facilitate movement toward less restrictive settings.

• Review treatment progress, adjust BSPs as necessary, and document updates.

• Take an active role in team meetings for treatment planning and review.

Qualifications

• Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Prior experience supporting individuals with both developmental disabilities and mental illness.

• Excellent problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills.

• Team-oriented with the ability to work across disciplines.
