• Work warm leads from multiple referral and marketing sources; master the CRM and loan origination systems.

• Guide clients through loan options and the approval process while delivering top‑tier service to customers and referral partners.

• Compete, collaborate, and grow—participate in sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven culture.

🎯 What You Need to Bring

✔ No mortgage experience required —you’ll be trained and company‑sponsored for licensing (NMLS SAFE exam).

✔ Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years of inside sales, service, military, or commission‑based experience.

✔ Outgoing, competitive, and naturally strong with people; excellent phone, written, and in‑person communication.

✔ Organized, proactive, and a problem‑solver who thrives in high‑expectation environments and wants to earn big , not just clock in.
