Shift: Tuesday - Saturday 6:00am - 2:00pm

Highlights of the Assistant Caregiver Position:

• Read the 24-hour communication book and respond as necessary to issues.
• Review all residents on alert status
• Read any new interim service plans that could have been initiated
• Replace staff who call off work, when possible
• Clock in and out accurately
• Notify RCC/HSD/Executive Director as needed when issues arise
• Attend and participate in the scheduled mandatory in-services
• Attend and participate in other scheduled meetings (Safety, Quality Assurance)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experienced Caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) per state requirements.
