RN Emergency Department (ED) (with $7,500 Completion Bonus)

Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ED) Travel Position Location: Tucson, AZ Job Type: Travel Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3×12 Nights Pay: $2,059.20/week (plus $2,500 completion bonus per contract, up to $7,500 after three contracts) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department (ED) Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Tucson, AZ. The ED RN will deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients in critical and urgent situations, ensuring rapid response and effective treatment in a fast-paced emergency environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients presenting with acute or life-threatening conditions.
• Triage patients according to severity and initiate appropriate care protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to implement treatment plans.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and interventions as needed.
• Monitor and document patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and progress accurately and in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona or a compact state.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Department nursing experience (travel experience preferred).
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (additional facility-required certifications as applicable).
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and recent tuberculosis test.
• Strong critical-thinking skills and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
