Make a difference every day by supporting K-8 students in a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role in a dynamic school-based environment. This contract position offers exciting opportunities for professionals passionate about pediatric speech therapy and eager to provide high-impact services to children across multiple grade levels.
Enjoy a balanced workweek with four days on-site (30 hours weekly) and the unique benefit of working remotely two days each month. Contribute your expertise in speech-language development, helping students overcome communication challenges and thrive academically and socially.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Current Arizona SLP license and printable certification required
- CCC-SLP designation strongly preferred
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly desirable
- Expertise in administering speech/language evaluations, developing IEPs, and providing individualized treatment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Comfortable working with students from kindergarten through 8th grade
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs in individual and group settings
- Assess, diagnose, and document communication disorders within the school environment
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and school teams to support student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional recommendations and progress updates
- Maintain records in accordance with state and school guidelines
- Utilize remote work opportunities to complete documentation, planning, and virtual collaboration as needed
