Work Schedule: Full-time | Night Shift (MST Schedule: 7:00AM to 4:00PM or 8:00AM to 5:00PM)
Location: Remote – Philippines

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and has strong experience in US virtual staffing recruitment . In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and engaging top talent across both technical and non-technical roles .

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles within the US virtual staffing space

• Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques to identify passive candidates across various sourcing platforms

• Proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines

• Conduct candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and role fit

• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain ATS hygiene by updating candidate records and recruitment activities

• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and role requirements

• Contribute to recruitment strategies that help scale hiring in a startup environment

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in US virtual staffing recruitment

• Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles

• Strong passive sourcing skills and experience identifying candidates through multiple sourcing channels

• Solid knowledge of Boolean search techniques

• Experience using and maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with strong attention to data accuracy

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

• Highly organized with excellent communication skills

Work Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines and able to work remotely

• Must be amenable to a night shift schedule aligned with MST time zone.

• Must be able to start ASAP
