Job Details

• Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 annually
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: Phoenix, AZ

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled RV Technician to join our team. This role involves inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and demonstrating recreational vehicles. Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair electrical systems, plumbing, interior carpentry, and exterior components to ensure proper functionality
• Perform routine maintenance on various RV models
• Test drive RVs to diagnose mechanical and operational issues
• Demonstrate the use, features, and maintenance procedures of RVs to customers

Work Hours

This is a full-time position. Specific shift schedules will be discussed during the interview process.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Minimum of one year of RV service experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety manuals
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
• Willingness to wear protective clothing and use personal protective equipment as required by OSHA regulations
• Ability to tow RVs of various sizes as needed
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving adjusting, climbing ladders, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, and standing for long periods
• Ability to reach overhead and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• This is a safety-sensitive position
