Dark Horse Group is hiring motivated real estate agents to join our Zillow Preferred lead division, with priority markets in Fayetteville, NC, Jacksonville, NC, Phoenix, AZ, and San Antonio, TX.

Led by Bryant Tumbelekis, Dark Horse Group is Ft. Bragg’s #1 real estate team, with more than $500M sold and a strong presence in military-driven and relocation-heavy markets.

This opportunity is built for agents who want warm lead flow, real support, structured training, and a team that helps them grow based on their specific market and business.

Lead Opportunities

Agents can expect 12–15+ warm transfer leads per month, with lead flow, training, and support tailored to their market and production needs.

Training Onboarding:

New agents receive a step-by-step onboarding process to get affiliated with LPT, introduced to Dark Horse systems, and trained on the tools, values, and lead processes used by the team.

Ongoing support includes:

1. Weekly team meetings
2. 1-on-1 sales coaching
3. Role play opportunities
4. Tools and technology training
5. Lead conversion support
6. Accountability with sales leadership

Support Systems:

Dark Horse Group gives agents the infrastructure to stay focused on production, including:

1. Full-time transaction coordinator support from contract to close
2. Sales Director for training and accountability

Who We’re Looking For:

This role is a fit for agents who are:

1. Licensed or actively working toward a real estate license
2. Comfortable working warm transfer leads
3. Strong with follow-up or willing to become strong
4. Coachable and accountable
5. Interested in military, relocation, buyer, and seller opportunities
6. Serious about growing in Fayetteville, Jacksonville, Phoenix, San Antonio, or surrounding markets
7. Willing to train and execute consistently
