San Tan Insurance is seeking a customer service representative (CSR) / inside marketing representative for our insurance agency located in downtown Gilbert.
Customer service representative position pertains to assisting in the property casualty area of insurance including but not limited to quoting, possible selling and servicing accounts. The inside marketing representative part of the position pertains to marketing letters, cold calling on leads or businesses to set up appointments. This is a full-time, salaried position with paid holiday, sick days and vacation time as well as optional employer–matching retirement program.
Required skills:
All candidates must have prior experience working with customers face to face as well as over the telephone.
All candidates must have selling and closing skills as well as being confortable cold calling on businesses.
All candidates must have prior experience using an insurance quoting systems, windows as well as other computor programs normally used in an insurance agency.
All candidates must have worked in an insurance agency for 1 year as a CSR.
All candidates must have a property/casualty license.
