About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Attorney to provide legal representation and strategic counsel in complex litigation and corporate matters. This role involves managing all phases of disputes, from case strategy and discovery through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and trial. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in corporate law, commercial litigation, dispute resolution, contract review, and regulatory compliance to deliver high-quality legal services.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in corporate, shareholder, reimbursement, and other complex litigation and transactional matters
• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, contracts, and correspondence
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes through mediation, arbitration, and trial advocacy
• Analyze and interpret contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments in the context of litigation or business operations
• Conduct comprehensive legal research on case law, statutes, regulations, and legal precedents
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to develop strategic, risk-managed legal solutions
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and contractual obligations
• Maintain strong client relationships by providing practical, timely, and business-oriented legal advice
• Manage multiple cases, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in litigation, corporate law, or related practice areas
• Proficiency in legal research, writing, and document preparation
• Strong negotiation, advocacy, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases and multiple priorities simultaneously
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop practical legal strategies
