Vacation Rental Cleaners- Flexible Part-time Hours-Join Our Growth-Focused Team!

We are currently recruiting Household Assistants for the North & West valley (Glendale, Avondale, Goodyear, Peoria, Scottsdale). As a Household Assistant, your role will include single-handedly or collaboratively cleaning vacation rentals, handling linens and towels, restocking supplies, and preparing homes for the next guests. Our flexible shifts run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., lasting 4-6 hours, available on both weekdays and weekends. Most team members begin with 15-25 hours per week, but we're committed to fostering your growth, and after 90 days, leadership opportunities may arise.Why Choose Short Term Rental Manager?

To qualify for this exciting role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Successfully pass a background check with a clean record
- Hold legal authorization to work in the United States
- Possess a vehicle, a valid driver's license, and insurance
- Demonstrate effective communication skills in English
- Display physical capability and a willingness to bend, squat, lift, reach, and climb stairs to complete assigned tasks.
