Roof Service Technicians

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Roofing Service Technician to join our roofing. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain various roofing systems and ensure they remain in working order. You will also assist with fundamental roofing installations on residential and commercial properties. Additionally, you will inspect and repair roofs, addressing any leaks or damage with the appropriate materials and tools.

Our ideal candidate should be in excellent physical condition and capable of handling and carrying heavy tools and materials while working on roofs. Roofing Service Technician Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair various roofing systems to ensure longevity and functionality
• Provide a dry and efficient environment for buildings and homes
• Inspect roof structures and determine the best course of action for repairs or maintenance
• Estimate labor costs, materials, and time required for each job
• Communicate estimates and repair details with clients
• Assemble, cut, and measure materials to fit around vents, edges, chimneys, etc.
• Replace and repair damaged or deteriorated roof areas
• Ensure all roofing work is waterproof and withstands various weather conditions
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
• Complete projects efficiently and within established timelines

Roofing Service Technician Requirements:

• Roofing or construction-related license (preferred but not required)
• Proven experience in roofing or related construction work
• Proficiency in using various roofing tools and equipment
• Strong physical condition, balance, and agility
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
