Controls Engineer

Job Title: Controls/System Engineer Job Description We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for executing automation commissioning and validation protocols, troubleshooting and resolving non-conformances, and collaborating with internal engineers and clients to deliver cutting-edge control systems. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing efficiency, product quality, and profitability in process manufacturing. Responsibilities + Execute automation commissioning and validation protocols. + Troubleshoot and remediate commissioning and validation non-conformances. + Collaborate with internal engineers and clients to provide advanced control systems. + Define and implement programmable logic controller (PLC) configurations. + Perform testing and on-site commissioning and qualification of control systems. Essential Skills + Proficiency in PLC programming and automation. + Experience with PLC-based control systems. + Strong process documentation skills. + Hands-on experience with troubleshooting Rockwell PLCs. + Work experience in a GMP/Pharma environment. + Ability to execute assignments with minimal supervision. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in site, material, and equipment management. + Familiarity with assembly of automated equipment. + Knowledge of safety analysis and documentation. Work Environment The role involves working in a team environment to deliver high-quality, efficient, and reliable control systems for manufacturing and facilities.
