Surgery Scheduler - Bilingual Spanish

Description Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Surgery Scheduler who is bilingual in Spanish and English. This position plays a vital role in coordinating surgical procedures and acting as a liaison among patients, medical staff, and healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities: + Communicate clearly with patients, surgeons, and hospital staff regarding upcoming surgeries + Schedule and confirm surgery dates, times, and locations + Gather patient information and facilitate pre-operative instructions in both English and Spanish + Verify patient insurance and obtain all necessary authorizations + Answer patient questions, address concerns, and provide excellent customer service + Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations + Assist with administrative tasks as needed Requirements + Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written) + Previous experience in surgery scheduling, medical administration, or healthcare front office preferred + Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail + Excellent customer service and communication abilities + Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment + Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus TalentMatch® ­Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
