Electrical Panel Wring Technician
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Panel Wiring Technician to support our upcoming project in Queen Creek, AZ. The ideal candidate has strong technical wiring experience, excellent leadership abilities, and the ability to collaborate closely with Korean technicians on‑site. This is a critical position for project success, and we are looking for someone who can deliver high‑quality work while maintaining safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical panel wiring according to schematics, diagrams, and project specifications
- Lead and manage a 9‑person crew performing duct cutting, installation, and cable pulling
- Serve as the primary communication point between the team and Korean technicians
- Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting using multimeters and other electrical tools
- Ensure all wiring and assembly work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and project progress
- Support workflow planning, task assignments, and daily coordination
- Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
- Adhere to OSHA regulations, company policies, and project requirements
Qualifications
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Proven experience in electrical panel wiring or industrial electrical work
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Experience leading or supervising crews in a construction or industrial environment
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to coordinate with multilingual teams
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced project environment
