Sr. Archer Platform Engineer
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite/Hybrid)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Archer Platform Engineer to join our Risk & Compliance team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end Archer platform engineering activities, including solution design, platform enhancements, and advanced workflow development to support business and compliance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the RSA Archer platform solutions.
- Develop and optimize advanced workflows, data integrations, and automation within Archer.
- Perform platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with Risk & Compliance stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure platform governance, best practices, and documentation are maintained.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and provide root cause analysis for Archer platform issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge-sharing within the team.
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience with RSA Archer platform engineering & administration.
- Strong expertise in advanced workflows, data feeds, calculations, and application design.
- Experience in Archer integrations (APIs, web services, connectors).
- Knowledge of risk management and compliance processes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
