POSITION SUMMARY
The RTM Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Remote Therapeutic Monitoring at ANR, including establishing and updating Home Exercise Programs, maintaining patient engagement through PTWired, and ensuring accurate documentation and billing. This role requires close collaboration with therapists, regular patient communication, and diligent tracking of compliance and CPT code utilization across all clinic locations.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL: TREATMENT

- Communicate with treating therapists to establish Home Exercise Programs (HEPs) for new RTM patients
- Update HEPs based on feedback from therapists during in-person visits or live interactions.
- Review upcoming Initial evaluations in Prompt (1–2 days in advance) to identify patients appropriate for RTM enrollment.
- Monitor patient activity, engagement, and adherence using the PTWired RTM dashboard.
- Update the Active RTM Logs for all ANR locations.
- Respond to patient messages via PTWired.
- Encourage consistent logging and engagement with the HEP to ensure compliance.
- Conduct or coordinate live monthly interactions with RTM patients or their caregivers (phone or video call) to maintain compliance with CMS billing requirements.
- Bill appropriate RTM CPT codes.
- Update the Billed RTM document after each billing activity.
- Update the w eekly compliance tracking sheet to reflect patient participation, live interactions, and billing milestones.
- Troubleshoot billing discrepancies and technical issues.
- Coordinate with PTWired and Prompt support teams as needed.
- Review the Active Patients list in Prompt for all locations.
- Identify and address any missed initial evaluations or discharges.
- Update RTM tracking lists for each facility accordingly.
- Discharge patients from RTM in Prompt when appropriate.
- At the end of each month, verify that all RTM billing has been submitted and processed correctly.
- Cross-check documentation, live interaction records, and billed CPT codes.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Graduation from an approved school of physical therapy.
- Current physical therapy or physical therapist assistant license in Arizona.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software – Team, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Demonstrates a high level of customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of the population we serve.
