**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
+ Maintain awareness of surroundings within the aerospace and defense location, reporting any unusual observations or potential security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
+ Document activities and/or incidents as required by site procedures and Allied Universal protocols.
+ Collaborate with other security-related personnel and site staff to support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A Guard Card or license is preferred.
+ Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
