A well-established and highly reputable Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) in Mesa is seeking a Lead Advisor to join their growing team.

This role is ideal for a financial professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships, developing financial plans, and guiding clients through important financial decisions. The firm provides a collaborative environment where advisors can focus on delivering exceptional client service while continuing to grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Create and present comprehensive financial plans
• Advise clients on investment strategies, retirement planning, and insurance solutions
• Manage client portfolios and provide ongoing financial guidance
• Support clients with IRA, 401(k), and retirement account planning
• Communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and approachable way
• Partner with internal advisory and operations teams to deliver a high-quality client experience
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm standards

Qualifications

• Experience in financial advising, wealth management, or financial planning
• Strong relationship-building and client communication skills
• Experience creating and presenting financial plans
• Knowledge of portfolio management, retirement planning, and investment strategies
• Experience working in a RIA, wealth management firm, or broker-dealer environment

Preferred Qualifications

• CFP® designation preferred or actively pursuing certification
• Experience working with high-net-worth or mass affluent clients
• Familiarity with financial planning platforms and advisory technology
