Job Description

As a Security Guard Commercial Property Patrol in Phoenix AZ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a commercial real estate location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents and support tenants and visitors with outstanding customer service and a role built on teamwork integrity reliability and innovation you will help create a caring and professional environment every day.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents property concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and document observations and actions in accordance with site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building common areas parking areas and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity verify credentials as required and communicate with property management and/or emergency personnel regarding security-related matters.
• Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by observing site activity assisting with directional inquiries and reporting maintenance lighting and/or access control issues to the appropriate contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years of security-related experience are required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
