About the role

As a Project Manager , you will be responsible for managing, directing and overseeing the operations and administration of assigned projects and programs. We will count on you to provide visible leadership, accountability and authority over high profile projects and programs delivered to Insight clients or internal leadership. Along the way, you will get to:

• Manage project and program teams to deliver highly visibly strategic solutions for our clients using waterfall, hybrid, and agile methodologies
• Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation through close-out and transition
• Help define and drive strategic direction of both Insight and our clients
• Build key relationships with clients and leaders
• Elicit and document project requirements
• Mitigate risk and proactively work project issues

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
• 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the IT services, IT Operations or professional services industry
• Experience with hybrid methodologies and agile delivery of technical projects
• PMP or Agile certification
