Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Current Arizona Occupational Therapy license
• Valid FBI fingerprint clearance card
• Previous experience as an OT in school settings is preferred
• Ability to adapt and work effectively with students from kindergarten through 12th grade, including those with a variety of needs
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Passion for helping students reach their fullest potential

What You'll Do:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services and interventions for students across all grade levels
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans focused on academic participation and life skills
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support each student’s needs and goals
• Complete required documentation and progress reports in a timely and professional manner
• Educate school staff and parents on strategies to promote student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions for student support planning
• Contribute to a caring, resource-rich environment for learners facing unique challenges
