AB Staffing is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support students across Phoenix-area schools for the 2025–2026 school year. If you’re looking for a role with supportive teams, manageable caseloads, and strong weekly pay, this is it.

Position Details:

• Location: Phoenix, AZ area.
• Schedule: Full-Time | Follows the district school calendar.
• Contract: Full 2025–2026 school year.
• Settings: Elementary, Middle, and High School openings.
• Weekly Pay: $2,250–$2,438 DOE and location.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individualized and group therapy to students with speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
• Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or Audiology.
• Current ASHA CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• Arizona SLP License (or eligibility to obtain).
• AZ Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Prior school-based experience preferred.
• Positive, collaborative, and student-focused mindset.
