Were looking for a proactive, Account Manager P&C Licensed to join our growing team. This role goes far beyond answering questions. Its about driving growth while delivering top-tier service to our valued customers. Youll work with current policyholders to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to retain and expand their coverage. Youll also assist in onboarding new customers and helping them find the right coverage to protect what matters most.

ResponsibilitiesNew Business & Upselling: Identify and close opportunities to add new and additional lines of coverage or increase protection based on current customer needs. Prospecting for new business is a core competency in this role.
Retention & Relationship Management: Support and engage with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and renewal of policies by answering coverage questions, assist with billing issues, process endorsements, guidance on claims and follow up on service requests.

-Required: Arizona Property & Casualty Insurance License
-Insurance Experience 2-3 years is ideal
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized under pressure in an independent setting
-Expertise in navigating sales opportunities and building rapport with prospects
-Microsoft Office and agency software management systems
-A team player mindset with a customer-first attitude
-Bilingual (Spanish)* not required but is a benefit.
