A reputable Title Company is seeking a highly skilled and proven Senior/Escrow Officer to manage a full-scope pipeline of transactions. This is a critical opportunity that requires strong knowledge and experience working on Arizona transactions. The position offers flexibility and can be based remotely or in-office.
You will fully own the closing process, ensuring seamless, timely execution and meticulous accuracy for all parties. The ideal candidate has deep expertise managing both residential and commercial transactions specific to the Arizona market and is committed to delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Arizona Transaction Expertise: Manage the full, end-to-end escrow process for diverse residential and commercial real estate transactions specifically within Arizona.
- Proactively troubleshoot complex transaction issues and ensure strict adherence to all title industry regulations and Arizona title procedures and compliance standards.
- Prepare, review, and finalize all critical closing documents and escrow instructions with meticulous accuracy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and clients.
- Maintain meticulous transaction files and records, ensuring audit-readiness at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Arizona Focus (MUST HAVE): Deep, functional expertise in Arizona title and escrow procedures, best practices, and regulatory compliance is absolutely required.
- Transaction Scope (MUST HAVE): Demonstrated experience successfully managing both residential and commercial transactions within the Arizona market.
- Proven success with not less than 5 years of experience as an Escrow Officer or equivalent senior title role.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload effectively in a remote or in-office capacity.
- Experience with industry-leading software (e.g., SoftPro, RamQuest, Qualia, or ResWare).
- Exceptional organizational skills, detail-orientation, and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
