Procurement Technician
Job Description:
The Procurement Technician will support the increasing administrative and operational demands of the Procurement Unit. This position supports agency purchasing activities through requisition processing, solicitation and contract support, contract tracking, research, reporting, and procurement card administration, while serving as a point of coordination for internal and external stakeholders.
The position also helps ensure efficient, compliant, and uninterrupted procurement operations, and allows other procurement staff to focus on higher-level responsibilities.
Candidate can decide what days and hours they will work between 9-5 to total 20-30 hours per week
Required Skills
Experience working on Microsoft Teams and Google Suite
purchasing or procurement experience
Preferred Skills
ADOBE and Smart Sheets experience
