Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Secretary/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to manage a variety of office and client-facing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments.
Greet and assist clients at the reception area, ensuring a welcoming experience.
Provide excellent customer service through both phone and in-person interactions.
Make outbound calls to clients for follow-ups and scheduling needs.
Perform scanning, filing, and organizing of digital and physical records.
Move and organize files within computer folders as needed.
Contact companies via email and phone to obtain or share information.
Support office operations with general administrative and secretarial duties.
Requirements
Strong computer knowledge and proficiency in common software (Microsoft Office, email systems, document management).
Excellent phone and in-person communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage priorities effectively.
Professional phone etiquette and a welcoming, positive presence.
Prior administrative, secretarial, or office assistant experience preferred.
