Apartment Groundskeeper – Porter – Skilled Labor
Keep things clean, safe, and welcoming — porter role open now! The Liberty Group is hiring reliable Porters - Groundskeeper – Skilled Labor for Apartment Communities Job Responsibilities:- Pick up trash & debris from grounds
- Assist in trash-outs and general property clean up
- Power washing sidewalks, buildings, etc.
- Check smoke alarms & replace batteries as necessary
- Replace switch plates, light bulbs & air conditioning filters
- Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment
- Knowledge of pool chemicals a plus!
- At least 6 months of general labor experience
- Have reliable transportation
- Valid I.D. Required
- The ability to safely lift 50 pounds
