Job Title: Participant Recruitment Specialist Job Description The Participant Recruitment Specialist is responsible for recruiting patients for study participation through various communication channels. This role involves conducting screening interviews, maintaining recruitment data, and working closely with coordinators to achieve recruitment goals. Responsibilities + Recruit patients for study participation via incoming calls, cold calls, and texting platforms. + Conduct phone screening interviews with potential panelists based on protocol-specific criteria and document eligibility or exclusion. + Collaborate with Coordinators to achieve recruitment goals and assess participant eligibility. + Schedule screening visits for panelists and make reminder calls. + Maintain valid recruitment data through database updates and other necessary tools. + Adhere to recruitment policies and procedures for participant tracking. + Engage in recruitment activities, including implementing strategies, preparing action goals, and scheduling. + Provide weekly status updates on recruitment activities. + Maintain an active panelist pipeline even during non-recruitment periods. + Attend study meetings (both pre and post) as required by the leadership team. + Understand and read each assigned protocol thoroughly. + Escalate critical findings or trends to the Recruitment Manager. + Perform additional duties, such as ad hoc projects, as assigned. Essential Skills + Proficiency in customer service, call center, and customer care. + Experience with data entry and telephonic communication. + Industry in healthcare or scientific industries. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong computer skills. + Experience in the healthcare or science field. Work Environment The role is based in an office environment, working primarily on a computer. You will be part of a team of 12 on-site staff members, including doctors, clinical research coordinators, and the site director. The team is part of a growing division within a large national company Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
