Full Stack Developer

Kforce is working directly with the hiring manager of a rapidly growing tech company in Scottsdale, AZ to find a skilled Full Stack Developer. In this role, you will build the future of high-performance payment technology. This position is Hybrid Remote. • Architect and implement full-stack solutions using React, Next.js, Redux Toolkit, TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS
• Full Stack Developer will build and maintain backend services and APIs with MongoDB, Prisma, and Java (Spring Boot)
• Create responsive, accessible frontend interfaces for seamless payment workflows
• Integrate Kafka to support real-time, event-driven architecture
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver smooth user experiences
• As a Full Stack Developer, you will ensure systems meet high standards for security, reliability, and performance
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement efforts
• 3+ years of full-stack development experience
• Solid backend experience with Node.js, NestJS, MongoDB, Prisma, and Java (Spring Boot)
• Experience with Kafka or similar message brokers
• Familiarity with PCI-DSS compliance and secure coding practices
• Understanding of RESTful API design and asynchronous programming
• Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, Redux Toolkit, and TypeScript
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Experience in payment processing, banking, or financial services
• Experience integrating or migrating legacy systems using Java-based services
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Understanding of distributed systems and data consistency models
