Service Technician

Job Title: Service Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Install and maintain water treatment equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, replacing or repairing parts as necessary.
• Load and unload trucks for each service site.
• Conduct daily truck inspections and report any issues immediately.
• Complete services as scheduled by management.
• Use various hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
• Continue education on purification equipment and theory.
• Notify management of concerns regarding service stops.
• Respond to emergency service calls when scheduled.
• Adhere to safety requirements at company and customer sites.
• Identify alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
• Maintain a cooperative and harmonious working environment.

Essential Skills

• Ability to install, test, troubleshoot, and repair water treatment systems.
• Proficient with PVC and troubleshooting plumbing or electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, manuals, and schematics.
• Willingness to adhere to routes, schedules, and safety procedures.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain positive relationships.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing knowledge.
• Technical maintenance experience.
• Experience with hand tools and troubleshooting equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Shift and Pay

• M-F
• 5 am - 3 pm
• $27-28/hour

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $56000.00 - $58240.00/yr.
