Lead Technical Marketing Manager

Are you one of us? We’re looking for a Lead Technical Marketing Manager who can help us articulate our wider technology architecture, and show the technology practitioner how Citrix solves their technical challenges, focused on our virtual apps and desktops portfolio.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Support Citrix platform architecture initiatives, specifically with our virtual apps and desktop products and capabilities.
- Adept at positioning virtual apps and desktop technologies and capabilities within the wider technology infrastructure landscape.
- Develop and deliver technical marketing content including whitepapers, solution briefs, technical blogs, demos, webinars, and other assets.
- Leads the inception and development of technical proof points and use cases that demonstrate the value of our virtual apps and desktops solutions.
- Represent the company as a technical expert at industry events, on webinars, and in communities to build brand credibility and trust among practitioners.
- Work closely across the wider marketing teams to support product launches, sales training, and field readiness.
- Collaborate and align across product management, sales, and marketing teams at a program and initiative level
- Deep knowledge of virtual apps and desktops integration and interoperability, at a technical solution level.
- Leads the virtual apps and desktops practitioner narrative at technical events, roundtables, or webinars
Required Experience/Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in technical product marketing or solutions marketing roles. Other marketing roles will not be considered.
- Expert knowledge of virtual apps and desktop technologies at a deep technical implementer level.
- Ability to work autonomously across a number of different projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging messaging and content.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across disciplines.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in developing impactful marketing strategies and programs.
- Experience preparing for and presenting to technical audiences.
- Strong business rigor skills of program development, management, analysis and reporting.
Optional Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA a plus.
- Adjacent technical skills in security, automation, or networking.
- Solid knowledge of software product development processes.
- A passion for technology and understanding of the enterprise software landscape.

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NY generally ranges: $153,601-$230,401 CA generally ranges: $160,279-$240,419 All other locations fall under our General State range: $133,566-$200,348 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work. U.S. based employees are typically offered access to healthcare, life insurance and disability benefits, 401(k) plan and company match, among others.
