**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least one year of security-related experience is required.
+ Supervisory experience is required.
+ A guard card or license is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
