Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and best practices for documentation
• Ability to supervise and mentor an SLPA as part of your role
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective speech-language therapy to K-12 students
• Conduct assessments and contribute input for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Monitor progress and maintain thorough, timely documentation
• Provide direct supervision, guidance, and support to an SLPA
• Work closely with educators, administrators, and families to support positive outcomes
• Adapt services to meet varied student needs throughout the school year
• Participate in caseload gathering and ongoing planning with school staff
