Bilingual Retail Organizer and Pricing Associate

SaleSumo | Phoenix, Arizona | Full Time

SaleSumo is looking for a friendly, dependable, and highly organized Bilingual Retail Organizer and Pricing Associate to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping merchandise neat, attractive, properly labeled, and easy for customers to shop. The primary focus is organizing, pricing, labeling, presentation, and helping customers in both English and Spanish.

Required Work Schedule Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Weekend availability is required. This position requires working every Saturday and Sunday as part of the regular weekly schedule.

Primary Responsibilities

• Label and price merchandise accurately
• Organize and arrange products throughout the store
• Keep merchandise areas neat, clean, and beautifully presented
• Move and handle small boxes and lightweight merchandise
• Assist customers in both English and Spanish
• Help maintain an inviting and organized shopping environment
• Learn additional store responsibilities over time

Who We Are Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Naturally organized with strong attention to detail
• Friendly, helpful, and comfortable assisting customers
• Someone who takes pride in presentation and neatness
• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Comfortable being on your feet throughout the workday
• Able to safely move small boxes and merchandise
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must be available every Saturday and Sunday
