Electrical BIM Lead

We are looking for an Electrical BIM Lead in Tempe, Arizona to drive excellence in project setup, standards development, and quality assurance for advanced electrical design projects. In this role, you will establish and maintain BIM standards, configure project environments, and ensure seamless coordination across multidisciplinary teams. You will oversee model integrity, conduct clash detection, and implement quality control processes to deliver accurate, high-performing designs. Beyond technical leadership, you will mentor and train designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Working autonomously within established practices, you will solve complex challenges, propose process enhancements, and guide your team in producing world-class deliverables for global clients.
