Human Resource Generalist
Summary
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Human Resource Generalist who will serve as a trusted partner to our clients’ supervisors and their teams, driving HR initiatives that foster a positive and productive workplace. This role is responsible for supporting talent management, employee relations, compliance, and recruiting activities within assigned client groups. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional HR support in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Chandler, AZ 85226
Hours: Monday – Thursday 9 hours / 7:00am to 4:30pm – Friday 4 hours / start time based on need
Compensation: $35.00 - $38.00

Responsibilities & Day-to-Day
Represent HR to supervisors and employees, building strong relationships and supporting performance and talent needs.
Drive the talent management agenda, including development and performance management initiatives.
Co-own and implement actions to strengthen employee experience and engagement.
Lead and coordinate recruiting for local direct labor positions within assigned client groups.
Educate and assist supervisors in applying employee handbook policies consistently.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as best practices.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field strongly preferred; Master’s degree a plus.
Will consider equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
Prior HR experience with exposure to talent management and recruiting preferred.
