Sales Support Specialist

This position will work with the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) Team to ensure that client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently. This position will help support multiple client sites and handle a wide variety of questions while ensuring a world-class customer experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Inside Sales & motivated to work with a customer centric team in an innovative company. This is a remote position supporting Labcorp's **Mid-America Division** . However, the selected candidate must reside near a Labcorp laboratory located in one of the following cities: + Phoenix, AZ + Englewood, CO + Overland Park, KS + Dallas, TX + Houston, TX **Responsibilities** + Act as a liaison between physician offices, ISR Team and other internal departments. + Point person for new account requests, pricing requests, billing inquiries, connectivity needs. + Participate in campaigns and special projects as needed. + Ability to structure issues and problem solve in a rapidly changing environment. + Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution. + Work in multiple databases to research complex issues, answer questions, and generate qualified leads for the ISR team. + Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance. **Requirements:** + High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Associates degree preferred. + 1-3 years of related business experience and relevant work experience. + Previous experience in a customer service capacity; must be courteous with a customer centric orientation. + Prior healthcare industry, such as a physician's office, lab and/or hospital setting is a plus. + **Strong knowledge of Labcorp's processes and systems (LCLS, LCBS, Salesforce, eAssist, etc) highly preferred.** + Demonstrated ability to capture information, identify issues, and determine when escalation is required. + Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. + Active understanding of operational processes at various levels of the organization, including lab, branch, billing, etc. + Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly + Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. M-F **Application Window:** Application window will close on November 24 , 2025. **Pay Range** $20-$23/hr.
