Compensation: $85,000$105,000 per year (draw pay, commissions, and bonuses)
Schedule: MondayFriday, weekends as needed

The OpportunityAs a Sales Representative & Field Trainer, you'll blend consultative B2B sales with mentorship and team development. You'll meet with business leaders and employees to educate them on benefits while coaching newer representatives, sharing your knowledge, and helping them grow in their careers.
Working as an independent contractor, you'll enjoy autonomy over your territory and schedule while benefiting from structured guidance, ongoing training, and a collaborative, people-first culture. This role emphasizes relationship-driven sales and education rather than transactional selling allowing you to leverage your experience in education or coaching in a new, meaningful way.
What You'll DoBuild and nurture relationships with local business owners, leadership teams, and employees
Lead clear, supportive, enrollment-style presentations for client benefit programs
Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on real client needs
Mentor and coach newer representatives, providing field guidance and professional support
Maintain follow-ups, organized client records, and long-term account management
Strategically plan and manage your schedule and territory
Participate in team collaboration, mentorship, and leadership development
Step-by-step onboarding with hands-on field mentorship
Health & Life licensing assistance and reimbursement
Ongoing coaching focused on communication, leadership, and client service
Professional development in consultative sales, relationship-building, and team mentorship
Collaborative, people-first environment that prioritizes encouragement over pressure
Target earnings: $75,000$95,000 annually (draw pay, commissions, and bonuses)
Weekly draw available while growing your book of business
Performance-based incentives and advancement into senior sales or leadership roles
Hybrid flexibility with local in-person client meetings
Autonomy over your schedule within a supportive, structured framework
