About the Role:
The Community Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant and engaged community within the real estate and rental sector. This position is responsible for building relationships with residents, addressing their needs, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction among tenants. The Community Manager will also oversee community events and initiatives that promote a sense of belonging and enhance the overall living experience. By collaborating with various stakeholders, including property management and local businesses, the Community Manager will drive community engagement and retention. Ultimately, the goal is to create a thriving community that attracts and retains residents while enhancing the reputation of the properties managed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community management, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the real estate or property management industry.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and community engagement tools.
- Certification in community management or related fields.
- Working experience with Real Page
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
- Organize and oversee community events, workshops, and activities that foster a sense of belonging among residents.
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with property management to ensure that community needs are met and that properties are well-maintained.
- Monitor community trends and resident feedback to continuously improve services and initiatives.

Organizational skills are crucial for planning and executing community events that engage residents and foster a sense of community.
