Job Description:

The IT Project Manager will be PMP certified and have PM experience in IT with focus on infrastructure/new facilities.

Previous experience in IT operations a plus.

Job Summary:

Creates, coordinates, and manages advanced level projects, including organization-wide system implementations or upgrades.

Exhibits advanced proficiency in Client's project management methodology, tools and practices.

Manages 8 to 15 project team members.

Takes on leadership opportunities within the PMO.

Acts as a mentor to new PM's and/or PM I's or II's.

Is a champion for Client's PMO project management methodology.

may be involved in some leadership activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

Eight (8) years of experience as a project manager in IT project management

Bachelor's degree . Preferred Education: -Master's degree .

Required Certifications & Licensure: Active Project Management Professional ( PMP ). Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) .

Resume must show experience with Artificial Intelligence .

Demonstrates proficiency in creating detailed documentation for complex projects.

Communicates effectively, both oral and written communications, with project staff, sponsor(s), and stakeholders.

Demonstrates effective consensus-building skills .

Demonstrates ability to manage advanced level projects .

Demonstrates ability to coach other team members .

Demonstrates ability to present project status or PMO specific initiatives to IS. -Demonstrates ability to be a trusted business partner to project sponsors and stakeholders.
