Customer Service Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $20.00 / hour
- Part Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 03:00am )
- Manage subscriber accounts, including subscription starts, stops, changes, and retention.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide technical support for digital subscriptions, troubleshooting login, access, and device-related questions.
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity via phone, email, and in-office interactions.
- Maintain accurate office records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflows.
Customer Service Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working with customers in a variety of communication channels.
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
