Registered Nurse – ER travel assignment in Tuba City, Arizona. Start date 08/10/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,037-$2,154 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Flex. Setting: ambulatory surgery center.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in a high-volume ER and peri-procedural environment, following physician orders and established policies
- Assess patient condition, triage, initiate treatment, monitor vital signs, and manage IVs and medications
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure patient safety
- Document care in the electronic health record, assist with discharge planning, and provide patient/family education

Requirements
- Active RN license from any state (Arizona licensure not required for hire)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) completion within 6 months of hire
- NIH Stroke Scale must be completed (within 6 months of hire)
- Emergency Severity Index Level 5 (ESI 5) within 3 months of hire
- Pediatric Sitter Competency Training required upon hire
- National Institutes of Health (NIH) Stroke Scale documentation; NRP required within 1 year; TNCC required within 1 year; ENPC required within 1 year
