Associate Buyer - Components

Summary
Triad Electronic Technologies is a well-established and growing electronics manufacturing partner dedicated to creating a cleaner, safer, healthier, and smarter world. We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Buyer to join our collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to manage the tactical day-to-day procurement cycle and grow within the dynamic electronics industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement Operations & Data Integrity: Manage the tactical procurement cycle by maintenance of accurate supplier data to ensure financial and operational alignment.
- Backlog & Schedule Management: Oversee the open purchase order backlog by tracking shipments and processing necessary updates to maintain an accurate production schedule.
- Shortage Mitigation: Identify and resolve material gaps by analyzing upcoming production requirements against current inventory levels and supplier lead times.
- Supplier Support: Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, ensuring effective communication and timely issue resolution.
- Procurement Assistance: Support Buyer(s) in sourcing initiatives, evaluating quotes, and special projects.
- Inventory Coordination: Help monitor inventory levels of electronic components and update records under the guidance of experienced buyers.
