- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
Qualifications:
- Current COTA licensure in Arizona.
- Experience in home healthcare or a related setting preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
