Position: Content CoordinatorLocation: Phoenix, Arizona (On-site 16th Street & Northern)
Status: Exempt
Compensation: Competitive salary & official title (DOE), Health, Dental, Vision insurance, 3 weeks PTO, generous paid holiday schedule, hybrid work schedule with WFH Fridays, matching 401-k (after one year of service).
Education: BS in Marketing, Advertising or related field, 1-2+ years’ experience at a digital marketing agency preferred.
PRIMARY ROLE:
The Content Coordinator plays a vital role in shaping brand presence and engagement across digital and social platforms. This position is responsible for managing content calendars, coordinating day-to-day publishing, and supporting strategic campaigns while ensuring projects move smoothly from concept to completion. The coordinator will collaborate with internal teams and clients to oversee content workflows, manage deadlines, and bring creative ideas to life across multiple channels. A blend of creativity, organizational strength, and attention to detail makes this role essential in driving consistent, high-quality content that amplifies the brand’s voice.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and maintain multi-channel content calendars
- Coordinate project workflows to ensure content is delivered on time and meets brand standards
- Publish and schedule content across platforms, ensuring consistency of voice and messaging
- Assist with content ideation, creation, copywriting, and strategic planning
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and internal teams to move projects from concept to completion
- Manage paid boosts within ad platforms
- Build and engage online communities to grow social channels
- Monitor content performance, track KPIs, and prepare reporting/analysis to inform future strategy
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align on goals
- Conduct competitor research and industry analysis to identify opportunities and trends
- Stay current on content marketing, digital media, and social trends
NECESSARY SKILLS:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong editing and proofreading ability
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms and content marketing best practices
- Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging, innovative content ideas
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Analytical and research skills to assess performance and identify insights
- Proficiency with Ads Manager preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Illustrate a strong desire to work as part of a team
- Previous agency experience preferred
